Post Construction Cleans

Phase 1: Rough Clean

• Remove large debris and trash

• Sweep and vacuum floors

• Dust walls and baseboards

• Clean dust from window frames, vents, and ledges

• Remove stickers from windows, appliances, and cabinets

 

Phase 2: Final Clean

• Wipe down all surfaces (counters, baseboards, cabinets)

• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and windows

• Scrub bathrooms and kitchens 

• Vacuum and mop all floors thoroughly

• Dust vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures

• Clean doors, door frames, and trim

 

Phase 3: Touch-Up Clean

• Spot clean smudges, fingerprints, and dust

• Re-clean floors 

• Wipe down any newly dirty surfaces

• Re-clean windows and mirrors if needed

• Final polish on stainless steel or glass features

  • Exterior of appliances wiped down

  • Exterior of cabinets and drawers wiped

  • Trash removed

Vacation Rentals

General Living Areas & Bedrooms

•Dust all surfaces, including shelves, décor, and furniture

•Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture

•Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaners

•Dust and wipe baseboards, window sills, and door frames

•Clean interior windows (upon request)

•Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

•Make beds and change linens (fresh linens provided by client)

 

Kitchen

•Wipe down countertops and backsplashes

•Clean and sanitize sinks and polish fixtures

•Wipe exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher)

•Clean inside microwave

•Spot clean cabinet doors and handles

•Empty trash and replace liners

•Sweep and mop kitchen floors

 

Bathrooms

•Scrub and sanitize sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets

•Wipe and polish mirrors and fixtures

•Clean countertops and cabinet exteriors

•Dust light fixtures and vents

•Empty trash and replace liners

•Restock toiletries (upon request)

 

Entryways and Hallways

•Dust surfaces and clean mirrors/artwork

•Vacuum or mop floors

•Wipe down front door and handles

 

Additional Detailing

•Sanitize high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, remotes)

•Remove trash from all rooms

•Organize pillows, throws, and other decorative items for a polished finish

•Light scenting/freshening (optional, upon request)
